In addition, we deploy waste-water minimisation techniques and technology.
Low-VOC and other environmentally preferred paints
As an accredited and licensed Green Painter, Sattler Bros Painting are qualified and trained to advise clients on which eco-preferable paints to use. This is especially relevant for those who are sensitive and suffer from allergies. The main components that cause issues are what’s called Volatile Organic Compounds. These are gases emitted by various solids and liquids. Many of which can have both short and long-term adverse health effects. As such, solvents in traditional paints often contain high quantities of VOCs. The answer is to choose low VOC paint. The beneficial characteristics of such paints include low odour, clean air, and safer technology. Importantly, low VOC paints retain excellent durability and a washable finish.
